Once you’ve contacted our consultants we’ll ask you to complete an application form.
Once we’ve received your completed application form we’ll invite you to pop into the officef or a chat with our experienced recruitment team. This is your opportunity to demonstrate your knowledge and passion for care, and crucially a chance for us to assess if you are a right fit for Southcroft.
After your interview with our consultant the next stage is to obtain your DBS and references. Every Southcroft staff member is DBS checked and a thorough reference check of the past 3 years of their work history and/or studying.
The final stage is to undertake any necessary training and complete your induction. When we are ready to welcome someone to join the Southcroft team, they have been thoroughly vetted and trained in how to deliver the Southcroft service. Everyone completes the Southcroft induction programme before working their first shift.
